Dice colored
These custom dice are quite easy to make and you can even use normal dice if you can't find blank ones.
To play the game you will need 6 yellow, 6 green and 6 red dice or even any color will do if you print colored adhesive labels.
Some dice are more rounded than others, so you can cut rounded icons or square ones, whichever fit best.
For the rounded icons a hollow punch like the one shown below can be very handy. To make the labels more durable, varnish or laminate them before cutting.
