Troops prisms
This way of making your troops and dummies is really cheap, but takes quite a bit of work and your gaming pieces won't be as durable as the other option.
Print the 'Troops prisms' file, which you can find in the download section, preferably on some heavy weight paper.
Then cut, fold and glue each of the playing pieces and you will have your army ready. See the animation below how to fold them.
